This year the New Economic School turns 30. The key event will be the International Conference on Economics and Finance, dedicated to the 30 years of NES.
The sessions on macroeconomics, international economics, development economics, econometrics, asset valuation, corporate finance, etc. will be attended by representatives of the NES academic community: alumni, current and former professors of the School.

The conference will open on December 5 with a plenary session in memory of the NES founder Gur Ofer. The session will be attended by Professors Shlomo Weber, Barry Ickes, Valery Makarov, Vladimir Polterovich. Beginning at 6:00 pm.
